Lunch at Q Haute cuisine


 Our lunch menu is constantly changing, enjoy some of our lovely deserts, all within one hour.
Lunch is served Mon – Fri 11:30 am. – 1.30 pm.

Carrot velouté with chive crème fraiche

Pastrami, hot mustard, rye crostini, pickles

Beet, pork belly, tomato goat cheese, and olive oil bread

Potato gnocchi with goat cheese, Gaeta olive, and tomato herb sauce

 Brined pork loin with lentil pilaf, and honey glazed beets

Sous vide leg of lamb with tomato barley risotto, creamy zucchini, and Madeira jus

 Salmon cake with warm quinoa vegetable salad, and cucumber, caper, and red onion bruschetta

 Alberta beef tenderloin with baked barley stuffed yellow zucchini (extra $15)

 Sous vide Arctic Char with sweet potato and broccoli, black olive salad (extra $15)
